In the new paradigm of business where we work to cultivate the inner leader, solving problems for everyone is not going to get you where you want to go. The new paradigm calls for managers to draw out or lead out the best in employees, and to be more collaborative in their leadership

We offer Footprints of Extraordinary Leaders as a speaking topic and workshop for men and women leaders with great success. Over the past year or two corporations and government offices have been calling as leadership and succession planning is high on the list of priorities. Exploring the “leader within” and linking that to strategic business objectives greatly enhances the creativity in leaders as mentors. Some of the calls we receive have been from government departments, regulatory bodies and corporations who are noticing they are not seeing an increase in women in leadership roles. We have offered Footprints of Extraordinary Women Leaders both as a workshop and as a speaking topic for Conferences with inspiring results.

Why Footprints?

Footprints are about leaving an impression. It is about direction – path – leading “with” others. Footprints are about leaving your mark – being conscious about the footprints I’m making and leaving – the intentional legacy of leadership.

Why Women’s Leadership?

In the last thirty years, we have been witnessing a rising of feminine voices among women of all races -- Voices of women who speak of women's ways of knowing, learning, teaching, sharing, influencing, advocating for change and healing. Our purpose in focusing primarily on women’s leadership development in this workshop is based on our client’s experience that exponentially increasing the number and quality of women leaders improves an organization’s ability to innovate, collaborate, and increase performance.

Most – if not all – leadership books and training programs on the market today tell you what you need to know and do to be an effective leader. We feel being an extraordinary leader is also about who you are and how well you harness the resources within your environment.

Participant: Having felt compelled to be a leader based upon other leadership styles over the past few years, I see that I am at my best when I’m at my most natural and am beginning to see value in being a natural leader as opposed to following a certain protocol. I have come away from this experience equipped with what I need to be true to myself as a woman in a leadership position and still being an effective leader – richer, not compromising.

Transformational Movement

We explore the challenge of change. We also explored the value of change in increasing our ability to recognize and change self-defeating behavior.

You can’t always change the people around you; you can control your reactions to them. These reactions originate in your thoughts or the way you perceive and process information and experiences. We explore how thoughts are powerful resources; what you think defines who you are and what you do in every aspect of your life. By modifying what you think, creating positive rituals, you can change how you behave. Practice using more effective behavior in your mind. These “practice” sessions will gradually begin to affect your real-life performance. Picture yourself deliberately changing what you decide to change. Then, imagine yourself as you will be after successfully making the change.

Imagination is the most powerful force in the Universe. Albert Einstein 1879-1955

Your team’s success is directly proportionate to the amount you can dream their success!

Energy flows where attention goes – where is your attention?

Our invitation is to touch the voice of the leader within and discover your personal performance potential, savor more and fix less, laugh often and inspire more.

I keep the telephone of my mind open to peace, harmony, health, love and abundance. Then whenever doubt, anxiety, or fear try to call me, they keep getting a busy signal and soon they’ll forget my number. ~ Edith Armstrong
